Empty 1 packet of Blackcurrant Pre Workout Powder into glass, drink bottle or shaker. Pour in 4-8oz of cold water and mix until dissolved.
For a sweeter result add a teaspoon of honey or combine with fresh apple juice. Also great in smoothies.
Take 30-60 min before your workout.
Use scissors when opening sachet and take caution pouring and mixing, powder can be messy.
